• Industry type, service area, and coverage details provided during onboarding
• Business content including logos, photos, and service descriptions you submit for your website
• Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we never store card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

• Pages visited, time on site, and navigation behavior via analytics tools
• Browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address
• Referring URLs and search terms that brought you to our site
• Session recordings and heatmap data collected via behavior analytics tools

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and onboard new clients
• Build, launch, and manage your website as described in your service plan
• Send invoices, service updates, and account-related communications
• Analyze how visitors use our site so we can improve it
• Understand user behavior to improve our service delivery and client websites
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes — ever.

3. Third-Party Tools We Use

We use trusted third-party services to run our business and deliver our services. These tools may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Payment Processor (Stripe or similar) — handles all payment transactions. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

We periodically review our tool stack and will update this policy if new tools that process personal data are added.

4. Cookies & Tracking

ServeBuilt.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, performance measurement, and user experience improvement. This includes:

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track sessions, page views, and traffic sources
• Behavior cookies — set by Hotjar to record session behavior and heatmap data
• CRM cookies — set by HubSpot to track form interactions and returning visitor activity
• Functional cookies — used to remember preferences and ensure the site works correctly

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some site features. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.

All data transmitted to and from ServeBuilt.com is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Contact form data is transmitted securely via Web3Forms. We limit access to personal information to team members who need it to perform their role. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of your service agreement and for up to 3 years following cancellation to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Contact form inquiries that do not result in a service relationship are retained for up to 12 months. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal constraints — see Your Rights below.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations
• Opt out of marketing and non-essential communications at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis for processing

8. Children's Privacy

ServeBuilt's services are intended for business owners and operators aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
